AVÉRA uses personal information to consider requests, administer invitations and admission, fulfil the Founding Ritual, maintain the House Register, correspond privately, and protect the integrity of House operations.

Information held

The House may hold identity and contact details, application responses, referral context, correspondence, invitation and membership records, delivery details, payment references, order and shipment references, Ritual check-in responses, feedback, and security or operational audit events. The House does not store card details.

Use and sharing

Information is used only for the lifecycle described above, service integrity, fraud prevention, legal obligations, and private House administration. Necessary information may be processed by the House’s hosting, Google Workspace, payment, commerce, delivery, and correspondence providers.

Retention and control

Material House events form part of a permanent operational record. Access is restricted to authorised House operators. Requests about access, correction, or deletion are assessed against operational, contractual, and legal retention duties.
