Shipping and Delivery

The United States is the first delivery country for the AVÉRA Founding Ritual. The current invitation checkout is in Test Mode: it does not collect real funds and no physical order is dispatched from a test checkout.

When live orders open

The price shown before payment will be the total charged for a US order. US shipping, applicable taxes and import duties are included; ANZALP HERBAL PRODUCTS PRIVATE LIMITED, the seller, pays them. You will not be asked by AVÉRA to pay an additional delivery or import charge.

We expect to dispatch a confirmed live order within five business days after payment. This is a dispatch estimate, not a delivery-date guarantee. We will send order and dispatch updates to the email associated with your House record. If we cannot meet the expected dispatch time, we will promptly tell you the revised date and offer cancellation with a full refund rather than leave your order waiting without your agreement.

Questions or delivery problems

For an address correction, delay, missing parcel, or transport damage, email correspondence@averaonline.com with your order or House reference. For damaged goods, please keep the product and packaging and include photographs where available. See our returns and defect policy.

Nothing on this page limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under the law that applies to your purchase.
