Terms

Production-ready draft. These terms describe the current House journey and remain subject to Founder approval and qualified legal review before public launch.

Requests and invitations

A request for consideration does not create membership, guarantee an invitation, reserve an allocation, or require The House to provide reasons for a decision. Invitations are private, personal, time-limited, and may not be transferred.

Admission and payment

Membership begins only after authoritative payment verification and activation by The House. The amount and currency shown in the private admission experience govern that admission attempt. A confirmed payment will not require a second payment while activation is processing.

Founding Ritual and delivery

Delivery information must be complete and accurate. Shipment timings are estimates until confirmed by The House or its carrier. Private tracking and Ritual links are intended only for the member to whom they were issued.

House records and acceptable use

Members and applicants must not interfere with, automate abuse of, or attempt unauthorised access to House systems. AVÉRA may suspend a private link or relationship where required for security, legal compliance, or protection of The House.

Final approval

Any jurisdiction-specific consumer, returns, cancellation, warranty, limitation, governing-law, and dispute terms must be approved by qualified counsel before public launch.
